How Ankit Baiyanpuria Gained Notoriety
Ankit first produced Haryanvi comedic videos on YouTube under the moniker “Haryanvi Khagad.” Following the COVID-19 pandemic, he progressively changed his material to focus on food, exercise, and fitness. When he began recording the 75 Hard Challenge in 2023, it was his greatest achievement. In order to sustain himself and continue his fitness journey, Ankit also did a variety of jobs in his early years, including food delivery. Prior to becoming a significant influencer, he was employed as a Zomato delivery driver, according to the Economic Times.
75 Days of Discipline
Ankit started the 75 Hard Challenge, which was started by American businessman Andy Frisella, on June 27, 2023. Participants in the challenge must adhere to stringent daily guidelines, such as:
- Two 45-minute workouts every day
- At least one workout outdoors
- Following a strict diet
- No cheat meals or alcohol
- Drinking approximately 1 gallon of water
- Reading 10 pages of a nonfiction book
- Taking a daily progress photograph
Ankit mixed these specifications with his own Desi/Haryanvi training regimen, which included running, bodyweight exercises, wrestling, and unusual equipment. Millions of people saw his films when they swiftly became viral.
Style of Fitness
Ankit is especially well-known for his traditional Indian wrestling-style training rather than just bodybuilding. His instruction may consist of:
- Dand (conventional push-ups
- Baithak (conventional squats)
- Running
- rope climbing and sapate
- Training for tires
- Heavy lifting
- wrestling exercises
- and Akhara training
Additionally, he has advocated for a mostly vegetarian diet that includes traditional foods like milk, almonds, and ghee.
